The shower curtain needs replacement!!! The heater malfunctioned and left us sweating, what a hassle!!! The back security door not locking is a serious issue!!!

during my recent stay, I was delighted to find a clean room and a well-kept grassy area right in front that made for a pleasant atmosphere. I was just a short walk from the Range Rider's Museum and the lovely WaterWorks Art Museum, which made my city strolls so enjoyable.

The spacious room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread exceeded my expectations! The staff opened the breakfast area after hours just for us.
Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service during my stay, which made moving our luggage a hassle. It could have been more convenient.
